As Europe’s largest and most important education fair, didacta presents all relevant education topics and fosters dialogue within the education sector. The fair covers all segments—from early childhood education and school-based learning, including extracurricular institutions, to vocational training and continuing education—thus promoting lifelong learning. At the same time, it serves as Europe’s largest continuing education event and a central industry gathering for educational professionals, providers, decision-makers, and interested parties to shape the future of education together.

The fair rotates annually between the three locations of Cologne, Stuttgart, and Hanover. Each venue brings its own focus areas and regional characteristics, making didacta a dynamic meeting point for education stakeholders from across Germany and beyond.

As the conceptual sponsor, the Didacta Association stands behind didacta, curates the programming of five forum stages, and represents the interests of around 250 member companies and organizations in Germany and abroad as the association of the education industry. At the fair, we provide space for professional exchange, current education policy discussions, and practical inspiration. The goal is a well-balanced program tailored to the needs of professional visitors.
