GESS 2010 with German Pavilion
The next edition of GESS (Gulf Educational Supplies and Solutions) takes place on February 23-25, 2010 in Dubai. Following the huge success of the GESS in 2008, leading German companies of the education sector will once again present their products to decision makers and customers from the public and the private sector at the German pavilion. They will showcase state of the art equipment and solutions "made in Germany" for all levels of successful life-long learning, from the early years to technical and vocational education and training to higher education.

The German pavilion is sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).  Didacta -  the Association of the German Education Sector, supports the German exhibition. Qualified German experts will be available at the German pavilion to answer your questions.

Members of Didacta include furnishers, vendors, and publishers along with manufacturers of didactic material, IT-companies, service providers, and other organizations. They bring in their knowledge and expertise in order to constantly improve the quality of their products. Besides being a service provider for its members, the association facilitates the dialogue between all stakeholders and organizes national as well as international events, such as trade fairs and conferences.

Earlier this year GESS proved to be a huge success, receiving patronage from H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and welcoming over 4800 attendees from the full range of educational establishments across the Middle East. Furthermore, the Ministry of Education for the UAE have confirmed their continued support of GEF (The Global Education Forum) and GESS. GEF sits at the heart of GESS, and is a dynamic combination of keynote addresses, workshops, round table debates and abstracts, addressing the key issues and challenges that the educational experts in the Gulf region are experiencing.

GESS 2010 is set to be even more successful! For more information, please vist the GESS website.
